Beazer Homes is building a 66-lot townhome community on an irregular parcel near St. Rose Parkway and Bowes Avenue. Because of the unusual lot shape, the project required several waivers for tighter building spacing, narrower streets, and reduced parking and setbacks, which were offset by extra open space and bike trail connections.
